Project: Full refurbishment smart-home upgrade in Jumeirah Park

As part of this villa refurbishment, we’re delivering a clean, reliable smart-home backbone focused on everyday comfort and simple control. The scope combines Lutron lighting with Polar Bear AC integration, alongside a Ubiquiti network and access control platform — all planned during the strip-out and rebuild phase to protect finishes and keep the programme moving.

Elegant lighting control with scene-based keypads and intuitive app control, designed to suit the updated interior scheme.
AC Integration
Integrated climate control via Polar Bear to bring AC control into the wider smart-home experience — including scheduling and streamlined day-to-day use.
Wi-Fi + Network (Ubiquiti)
A coverage-led Wi-Fi design and robust network infrastructure to support modern family living, streaming, work-from-home and future system expansion.
Access Control (Ubiquiti Access)
Secure, convenient entry management built around the client’s access needs and the property layout.

We’re currently in the strip-out and infrastructure stage, routing cabling and confirming equipment locations early to reduce site changes later.
Next Update
Final commissioning and “finished home” photography will follow on completion in February 2026, including keypad layouts, network performance validation, and access-control handover.
