01. Discovery & Consultation
Every project begins with a conversation. We meet to understand your lifestyle, your aesthetic preferences, and how you intend to use your space. We discuss the possibilities and define the scope of work.
02. Design & Documentation
Our engineering team creates detailed schematics, lighting plans, and cable schedules. We produce technical documentation that allows us to coordinate perfectly with your MEP contractors, interior designers, and architects.
03. First Fix (Cabling & Infrastructure)
The most critical phase happens behind the walls. We install the structured cabling infrastructure that forms the backbone of your smart home, ensuring it is robust enough to handle high-speed data and 4K/8K video distribution.
04. Installation & Integration
Once the dust has settled and the interiors are nearing completion, our technicians return to install the hardware—speakers, screens, processors, and keypads. We work with "white glove" care to protect your finishes.
05. Calibration & Handover
Installing the equipment is only half the job. We professionally calibrate audio and video systems to reference standards and program your automation scenes (e.g., "Welcome Home" or "Party Mode"). We then teach you how to use your new home effortlessly.
06. Aftercare & Support
Technology requires maintenance. We offer bespoke support packages to ensure your system remains updated and perfectly functional long after the installation is complete.
